The following are the terms and conditions (called “these Terms”) for the sale of goods by us and replace any previous terms and conditions. 

The Company intends to rely upon these Terms. If you want to change them, please make sure you ask for any changes to be put in writing. This is to avoid any misunderstandings as to what we and you are expected to do.
It is important that you read and understand these Terms before ordering from us.
If there is any term that you do not understand please notify us . Please read through the Terms carefully before placing your order. We may change these Terms from time to time without notice however they will be kept updated at all times.

Purchasing from our Website

The contract between us will be formed once we confirm to you acceptance of your order and Payment has been received. Prior to then we will be under no obligation to supply you with the goods you have selected
It is your responsibility to verify that your email address is in proper working order and must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures

Return of faulty goods

If you believe the goods are faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, you should return the item and a note with your original order number and explaining what the problem is. Once we receive the returned item, we will investigate the fault and then contact you.

We have a very strict system where items are photographed and catalogued as they are received from our warehouse. We reserve the right to produce this evidence in the event of any dispute as to the cause of the fault. We accept no liability for faulty items if packaging is damaged. Special conditions

Please note that we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to send your items back to us as we will not be held responsible for any items that are lost in the post.

Please note that by sending us your order, you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you.
(which may involve passing them on to relevant third parties such as delivery firms).


The price shall be the price quoted on the website (which is inclusive of VAT) except Any delivery outside of the UK will incur a extra cost.
If your order has been placed using our currency selector, please note you will be charged in UK sterling and the amount may vary from the amount displayed in your local currency. The debit will be applied at the point at which your order is placed
Payments can be made by credit card/Debit Card  via our website using Paypal
When you press ‘Submit Your Order’ we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. You will then receive an email within a few minutes confirming your order. If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer, you will receive an email within a few minutes advising you of this (please note some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time).


We will deliver to the address given to us by you at the time you place your order and aim to deliver within 3 working days (UK mainland and USA) and within 10 Working days elsewhere.

All items are sent well protected for shipment. Once the item has been dispatched please understand that we can not accept liability of loss or damage in the post.

If for some reason we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted via e-mail as soon as possible, at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute goods of equivalent value or a complete refund.
We will not be under any liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver if the same is wholly or partly caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our control
We are a internet based business and there is no public access on site, it is not possible to pick up orders from us.
We strongly suggest that, upon receipt, you inspect the goods and advise us if the goods are incorrect or in nonworking order
As a consumer, you have certain rights by law regarding the return of defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by any negligence on our part or our failure to carry out our obligations. These terms and conditions shall not affect those rights.


Allergic reaction is very rare and to date there have been no reports of such, however we strongly advise customers to do a 24 hour patch test before application.
it is the customers responsibility to ensure they do not suffer from any allergy prior to purchasing, all ingredients are listed.

Return of unwanted goods

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the goods that you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund.
Once your item is received by our returns department it will be checked for any sign of damage.
Once the items have undergone our checks we will then process your request either refund or replacement.
Please allow up to 7 days from receipt of your return for his to be done. During busier periods such as Halloween , Christmas and valentines this can take up to 21 days.
